Registration Fee

Early Registrations : $65 per person by May 31, 2013
As of June 1, 2013: $75 per person
(No cancellation refund after 6/20/2013)

This tournament is NOT a USTA event this year.

Men's Division's

Open or NTPR (8.5 combined and above)

Country Club Level is equal to NTPR Ranking

A (8.0 combined and below)

B (7.0 combined and below)

C (6.0 combined and below)

D (5.0 combined and below)

Women's Division's

Open or NTPR (8.5 combined and above)

Player Notifications

Important information for players>>>

Player Party

Saturday night June 29,2013, 7:00 pm at the Eagle Harbor Golf Clubhouse.

Free for players, non-players $20.

Great food, complimentary beer and wine, a DJ, and wonderful raffle prizes.
Player wrist bands will be required to enter the party. No exceptions.
Showers are available at the Tennis Center, the Swim Park and the Golf Clubhouse. You will need a towel and toiletries.

Court Dedication

Dedicate a court for a loved one!

12 courts are available for dedication at $500 each. Each court will have a banner with the name of a loved one(s) who has battled cancer. They will remain on the court for approximately 6 months.

Open to the first 12 paid dedications.

Unfortunately, non of us can control the weather or any other acts of nature. Also, it is a fact of that almost all of the cost running this tournament are incurred well before the tournament happens.
As a result, we are not able to offer refunds of registration fees in the unlikely event the tournament – or part of it - is cancelled. Every effort will be made to reschedule the tournament – or individual games, but this may not be possible.
While we have never had to cancel (keep your fingers crossed), we want to make sure you are fully aware of our cancellation policy. We appreciate your support and understanding, and we home this policy never has to be used.
